I love living here and I would recommend this place to others. The staff is amazing, especially Sam, who has been supportive and great during my time here. The location is also excellent; I am close to everything, and it’s very family-friendly as well.

Very friendly, Quiet community. The staff is helpful and responds quickly when there is an issue. The outside of the apartment is well kept up, no garbage or junk sitting around outside. Haven't used the pool yet but excited to in the summer!!

I have lived here for a year. I would stay longer, but I am purchasing a townhome. Windsor South is a great place to live—so friendly and clean. I have enjoyed talking with all of the staff. My car was in the shop, and my rental didn’t have a scraper, the caretaker was kind enough to lend me his personal scraper. He even helped me scrape my car on a different day. That guy is a class act! Thanks!! I’m going to miss this place.
